I have extensive experience in multiple forms of fitness and therapies to get you on track.

Gyre Wellness offers sessions in:

  • Therapeutic Pilates
  • Pilates Reformer
  • Yoga
  • General Fitness
  • Stretch and Foam Roller

My sessions are designed for each individual, based on his/her needs at that time. Adding movement and fitness in your life is important for maintaining and increasing physical and mental strength to improve your overall wellbeing and health.

Pilates

 Pilates offers an array of amazing benefits, including increased core strength, better posture, injury prevention, better overall energy, improved balance and flexibility, and greater body awareness.

Yoga

Yoga is blessed with wonderful health benefits, including greater flexibility and strength, improved balance, muscle tone and breathing, better joint health, mental calmness, back pain prevention and stress reduction.

Foam Rolling & Stretching

Foam rolling and stretching are effective for increasing flexibility and muscle length and reducing tension. It is great for a pre-workout warm up or a post-exercise recovery. Foam Rolling is sometimes referred to as a form of myofascial release that you can do yourself and is a great addition to an exercise routine.

General Fitness

It’s so important to have good cardiovascular health and feel fit and strong. Some of the benefits of being in good physical fitness include:

  • Keeping and improving your strength, increasing energy and reducing fatigue.
  • Improving balance and lowering risks of injuries and falls.

I have over 30 years of experience in movement and fitness and a strong background working with many different populations. That, combined with my bodywork experience, allows me to understand how important it is to listen to the body and work at a healthy and comfortable pace on your fitness journey, as well as bringing fun and joy and movement that works with your interests and lifestyle.

All Movement & Fitness Sessions are offered Virtually or in Person on an Outcall or Worksite Basis

Sessions will vary dependant on the Individual or Group’s Preference and equipment and props available.
