Health Matters
It’s time to restore and revitalize your health and well-being and take care of you.
When you are feeling good, you have the energy to take on the challenges of life and the positivity to help others.
At Gyre Wellness my primary goal is to assess the specific needs of my clients and give them 100 percent of my attention and effort.
I am trained in multiple practices of health and wellness and strive to give the most caring, efficient, wholesome and well-rounded session possible, whether it be bodywork, movement or health coaching.
Through bodywork, I make it my goal for my clients to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored.
Through movement and fitness, I help my clients find movement that fits their lifestyle, enlivens them and allows them to enjoy the advantages of a fit and healthy body and mind.
Through health and wellness coaching, my goal is to be a guide for my clients to find their own personalized journey in implementing lifestyle changes that align with their values and give them the strength and resilience to not only improve their health, but also to meet life’s challenges.
Bodywork
It’s time to unwind. Massage/bodywork is a great way to start enhancing your self-care by reducing tension, soothing those aching muscles and energizing your body and mind.
Pilates & Fitness
Let’s get moving and enjoy the benefits of an active body. You might be new to fitness, returning from a break, recovering from an injury, or an athlete. Let’s work together, raise the bar and make a stronger and more flexible you.
Health Coaching
I offer private one-on-one coaching that honors your needs, values and beliefs. My goal is to be a supportive guide and facilitator for your health behavior change.
Plant-Based Coaching
I can provide one-on-one coaching to help lead you into enjoying the wonderful phytonutrients and antioxidants that plants have to offer. My coaching will include how to shop, cook and enjoy plant-based eating.

Tip
Giving yourself a few minutes to stretch is a great way to restore your body and relax.
It is good for flexibility of the muscles, increasing the range of motion in your joints, reducing stress and body aches and it can also help your posture and athletic performance.
Taking a few minutes to stretch before bed can also signal your body and mind to relax and ease into better sleep.
Some great stretches to consider are gentle neck stretches, cat and cow from yoga, seated stretches such as butterfly and straight leg forward fold, child’s pose, as well and lying twist stretches on your back.
